1. Submission Guidelines

• You agree that the articles you submit are your own work and the content must be unique. You must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable as long as you have exclusive rights to each article you submit.
• By submitting your articles to our Free Travelling Article Directory, you admit us the right to publish your articles anywhere on our website, blog, newsletters or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears at any time. You agree that we may translate your article into various languages for our sister sites at any time.
• By submitting your articles to our Free Travelling Article Directory, you agree that it is a free service for authors and publishers and you will not be paid for submitting your articles to our sites.
• By submitting your articles to Travel-and-Hotel.com, you allow others the right to publish your articles on their websites, newsletters or ezines, and more as long as the article is left in the original state. This includes the resource box which provides you credit as the author of the content.
• By submitting your articles to our Free Travelling Article Directory, you agree that your article do not contain any affiliate links. If you are trying to promote an affiliate program, please set up your own website which redirects to the recommended affiliate product.
• By submitting your articles to our Free Travelling Article Directory, you agree that your article contains travelling related content. Submitting an article in no ways guarantees that your article will be accepted for publication in our directory. It is at our sole discretion whether or not to accept your articles. We reserve the right to reject an article submission at any time for any reason.
• Articles must be submitted to the right category. Choose it wisely. We reserve the right to choose a more suitable category for your articles or change the category at any time. Submissions of articles that will not match any of the listed categories will be rejected.
• Do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar. Your Article must be spell checked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting. Article submissions that doesn't meet this requirement will be rejected.
• By submitting your articles to our Travel-And-Hotel.com, you agree that we reserve the right to include advertising on any pages on this site including pages that display your articles.
• We reserve the right to change any of these guidelines at any time.

2. Publisher Guidelines

• Respect the copyrights of each author by publishing the entire article as it is with no changes. This includes also the FULL Resource box or 'About Author' text at the end of each article.
• Agree not to change, edit or reword the title or any part of the content of the article in any way.
• Agree not to remove or change any links so that they are Active/Linkable with no syntax changes, so that users can click on any link and be taken to it's destination.
• Agree to include the article source credit below each article reprinted with the link active: Source: Links4links.com
• Agree to never sell any article found on our directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.
• Agree never to use any articles found on Travel-And-Hotel.com in any form of Spam and not to put any of the articles to any website that also contains warez, illegal mp3 or other files, instructions on how to make bombs or steal, or expressions that promote hatred or profanity or racism or bigotry, or contains pornography or exploits children or animals or any human, or any other illegal material.
